2.      請盡量寫出能記得的面試問題
a. Q: Since you’ve lived in 5 different countries, which place was your favorite?

  A: I would have to say I like Taiwan, Canada and Japan the most. I LOVE (strongly emphasized) Taiwan because it’s my home country. Canada, I liked the overall environment (relaxing and slow paced) and it was my first time studying abroad with my sister by ourselves without our parents, so I think it marked as a very significant part in my life. As for Japan, I have been traveling here since I was at the age of 3, so I feel like this place is my second hometown. I like a lot of things about Japan, such as the fact that there are so many people in this small country yet it’s clean everywhere. I also like how Japanese people and system are always very organized and planed, making everything relatively efficient.

b. Q: Can you tell us the difference between Canadians and Japanese?
  A: I would say…Japanese are more conservative and Canadians are flexible (our dean and prof laughed and “do they do a lot of stretching??” or something like that). I think the main difference is, say, there’s a situation when something went wrong or doesn’t go as you’ve planed it. A Canadian would be flexible in plan changing or taking another path or trying another method. However a Japanese would stick with his or her original idea (method or belief, I forgot which word I used) and work very hard on it to try to achieve his/her goal.
 
c. Q: If a person talks to you on the street, would you answer them in Japanese or English?
  A: I’ll try my best to communicate in Japanese first because that’s the whole point of studying in Japan. However, if it doesn’t work out then I might stick some English words in my sentence. (smile :D)

a.      面試前

面試前一直在想考官到底會問什麼問題, 然後很緊張因為跟另外三個人在一間小教室裡

b.      面試後

其實面是完我還蠻有信心會通過, 因為問題都比我預測的還簡單, 檢考官對我的態度跟反應也都非常正面

 

5.      補充

面試時最最最最最重要的一件事：微笑

如果檢考官問了一個你需要想一下怎麼回答的問題, 不要緊張也不要覺得不行花時間思考. 用最快的時間想一個最好的答案, 然後利用檢考官在笑或是用另外一種方式問的時間繼續思考
